1. RENTAL PROCESS

1. All rentals are self-service pickup and return.
2. Full payment + security deposit is required before equipment is released.
3. A signed Rental Agreement and valid driver’s license are required.
4. Pick-up and return times must be followed as scheduled.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. The deposit amount varies by item.

The deposit may be partially or fully withheld if:

• Equipment is returned dirty
• Equipment is damaged
• Equipment is missing pieces
• Equipment is returned late
• Equipment shows signs of improper use or neglect

If damages exceed the deposit, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost.

3. PICK-UP & RETURN

• Pickup and return occurs at the agreed-upon location in Burleson, TX.
• Equipment must be returned by the listed time on your agreement.
• Late fee: $15 per hour.
• Return all cords, stakes, mats, blowers, scoops, and accessories included at pickup.

4. CLEANING REQUIREMENTS

Bubble Balloon House

Must be returned:

• Wiped down
• Dry
• Free of grass, leaves, dirt, confetti, glitter, and food

Cleaning Fee: $50 if returned dirty

Popcorn Machine

Must be returned:

• Free of kernels
• Free of burnt popcorn
• Kettle wiped clean
• No oil or residue

Cleaning Fee: $15 if returned dirty

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, & REPLACEMENT

Renter is responsible for all items from pickup to return.

Replacement costs include:

• Bubble Balloon House: $300–$1,500 (based on model)
• Blower: $150
• Stakes/Weight Bags: $50
• Popcorn Machine: $150–$250
• Scoops & accessories: $10–$20 each
• Cords: $25

Any lost or damaged items will be billed immediately.

6. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Inflatable Bubble Balloon House

• Adult supervision required at all times
• Do not use in winds over 15 mph
• No sharp objects inside (keys, jewelry, toys, pens, heels, etc.)
• No food, drinks, slime, glitter, or candy inside
• No water, moisture, or fog machines
• Keep blower plugged into a safe, dry outlet
• Do not allow rough play or jumping

Popcorn Machine

• Operate on heat-safe, stable surfaces only
• Adult operation only
• Do not allow children to open the kettle
• Keep cords away from water
• Never use metal utensils inside the kettle

7. WEATHER POLICY (Inflatables)

If winds exceed 15 mph, rain is forecasted, or severe weather is expected, renter must not use the inflatable.

No refunds are given after equipment has been picked up.

If weather is bad on the morning of pickup, renter may:

• Reschedule once at no charge
• Request store credit

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup: full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% fee
• No refunds once equipment has left our possession

9. LIABILITY

Victorious Paper Company is not responsible for:

• Injuries
• Allergic reactions
• Property damage
• Improper supervision
• Misuse of equipment

Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment and all individuals using it.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• By renting equipment from Victorious Paper Company, the renter agrees to comply with all policies and guidelines listed above, in addition to the Rental Agreement.
